the location is indeed convenient, close to two tube stations. i found the breakfast choice generous. my room was very super clean and cozy with a nice bathroom. i also appreciated the attentive service from the staff.

central location friendly staff clean room
The hotel's location provided easy access to attractions. The staff were friendly throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-kept. I also appreciated the convenience of leaving my luggage after check-out.
The in-room phone was not working properly. I found this quite inconvenient. It made contacting services difficult. This issue should be addressed .

big size junior suite security safe shower drainage bad attitude
i really enjoyed the big size of the junior suite i stayed in. the room felt super nice and clean, and so was the bathroom! i also appreciated that it had a security safe and a bigger minibar fridge!
the shower drainage needs some work i think. also, i found the attitude of the young lady at check-out a bit upsetting! instead of explaining the additional charge, she just wanted to argue with me.

dated room slow coffee machine
the staff were helpful.
the room felt dated and not the comfortable four-star experience i anticipated. the tv channel selection was poor and the smart tv's youtube function didn't work, limiting entertainment options. the coffee machine at breakfast was also very slow.
